Stress program: Learn what triggers your stress, see how to manage it, and let mindfulness help you.
Anxiety program: Manage worry, reframe your thoughts, and relax your muscles.
Depression program: Manage your mood and thoughts and work through challenging situations.

Who built the program
UPMC Health Plan built and tested RxWell in collaboration with experts from UPMC. UPMC is one of the largest behavioral health care providers in the country and is affiliated with an academic medical center. The app programs are built upon over 10 years of digital interventions and an accredited health coaching program.
